I have been visiting the Cool Springs office for about two years now and I have always been happy with the service. I just came back from another successful, routine dental cleaning by Amber Bonham. She is always personable and it shows that she enjoys her craft, which I greatly appreciate. I enjoy the office's environment and staff and appreciate the appointment reminders by the receptionists. First, Mrs. Dot was wonderful! When my daughter, Autumn, went to the back we met Jennifer London-the hygienist for Dr. Bryan she was wonderful very friendly my daughter was so comfortable with her & one thing i can say about Jennifer.... she took the time to know my last name, which is different from my daughter, that was refreshing i didn't have to correct her. That made me feel like she was on top of her job; double checking everything even the last names, which matters to me. I feel like my daughter is in good hands!  I have been going to the cool srings location in Franklin, TN for a little better than a year now. I am so pleased with the dental care that I am receiving there. I had heard of Snodgrass but didn"t know if I wanted to change dentist for the one I had I have been there for a very long time. There at Snodgrass the people seem to really care about the patients and the care of their mouth. I went ofr work today and I am so plesed with the work that was done. I think my smile is so much prettier now because of them with the help of the Lord. I will highly recommend everyone to go there.

 I came to Snodgrass-King after seeing the Chomp Daily Bites on TV and learning they offered adult dentistry as well. From the first time I stepped in the door, they've made me feel nothing but comfortable. When I learned I needed to have some work done other than a routine cleaning, I was nervous. But Kara, Kandace and most importantly Dr. Stolarz made me feel relaxed. Is it wrong to say I actually had fun getting two crowns and a filling? Everyone was able to answer my questions and help formulate a treatment plan I was happy with. Dr. Stolarz seems genuinely interested in me as a person... not just as a patient. Since then, I have also had orthodontic work done there and have been very pleased with the results so far. Thanks to everyone there! I now find myself smiling and looking forward to my next trip to the dentist.

 I came to Snodgrass King several years ago, suspecting that my young daughter's dentist was overtreating her. To my family's great relief they confirmed that, saving my daughter from unneccesary dental work that would likely leave a lasting, very unfavorable impression of the dentist on her. I later started going to Dr. Stolarz for convenience only -- I knew nothing about her. To my surprise and great delight, I have found her to be very competent and more importantly to me, compassionate. I am not an easy patient -- I hate pain of any kind. She's been very sensitive to that. I've recommended her to my husband, who now shares my positive impression of her. She is a wonderful dentist.

Tiara Skinner was probably the best dental hygienist I have ever had to clean my teeth. I have a retainer on my bottom teeth, that has been there for over ten years, and Tiara was able to get all the tartar out from between the retainer and my teeth. No other hygienist has been able to accomplish that. I felt so free from tartar!!! She was very kind and gentle. She is the MAIN reason that I will be returning to Snodgrass-King!!!!! Dr. Crystal was also great. She did a great job in explaining the extractor for my 8 year old daughter. She did a great job making all of my children feel comfortable. Other than Tiara's and Dr. Crystal's great service, the facility was great. The games you offered to play were classics. That allowed me to reminisce on back in the day fun. I will definitely be back!!!!!!

I have to commend two members of your staff for being very outgoing. It was my first visit to Snodgrass-King and I scheduled a routine cleaning with Carol.I usually hate going to the Dentist as a lot of people do, however Carol made me feel very comfortable and I also think she has great attention to detail in what she does. I also have to commend Ronda. Ronda went through everything that I needed in detail and also made my trip extremely pleasant. She was very thorough and it is obvious she cares about her patients and loves her job. First of All I think Snodgrass-King is Great!! I have had major Dental Anxiety all of my Life, and still do to a Point. So I Neglected going to the Dentist for like 10 years and I am now 30. Unfortunately for me not going for a Dental Checkup for 10 years is not a Good Idea! However I started going to Snodgrass-King a couple of years ago and it has been great(I do have the Occasional little Panic Attack), but it is always a Great Experience. *Amber Bonham my Dental Hygienist is Great she has been my Hygienist since I started coming to the Office. She makes me Feel Comfortable and we always have Great Conversations that take my Mind off Things. I Look forward to seeing her every time I come in. I just had an Appointment on Monday,Feb 7th and she did a Great Job, No Pain and she keeps my Anxiety at a minimum. I always ask my wife if Amber will be there, because if she was not I don't think I could Go. Thanks Amber,

My children had their first appointment at the Cool Springs dental office today. My daughter (age 6) has had some anxiety for several weeks about visiting the dentist, but as soon as we walked through the door I could tell her fears had melted away. My son (age 10) was also very relaxed & ready for his appointment, no fear! The environment is extremely kid-friendly - colorful, inviting, & full of games! The staff was very courteous & professional. My kids were actually happy to have gone to this office today, and I heard them telling some of their friends about it later in the day. The hygenists that attended to my kids (Lauren & Nikita) were very kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything to my kids and to me. Dr. King was very thorough and made sure I saw (and understood) for myself any problem areas my children had, as well as any potential future concerns, such as orthodontic care. I feel very confident that my kids' dental needs were addressed competently, professionally, and thoroughly, all while giving each child the kind of care that is unique to them. I will definitely recommend this practice to family & friends. Thank you!

 Thank you so much for opening your home, and your hearts to us this week. We know that both of you worked hard to host us this week and you have shown us such generous hospitality. The children had so much fun staying at your house, and so did I. Christa and I felt right at home with you and Melody. As I was leaving town today I thought about the book of Proverbs and this verse came to mind "he how refreshes others will himself be refreshed." I pray that God continues to bless you as "refresh others."

We were so happy to see Maggie having so much fun with the girls. It was a blessing for us to spend time with her. Thank you for standing in the gap for her life, the adoption story that you and Melody shared with us was so powerful to Christa and I. We are excited to one day share in the joy of adoption as well.

Thank you also for arranging your staff to take care of all of their dental needs. I was so impressed with your office and staff. I can tell that you have worked very hard to get where you in your profession. I don't know if there is a better dentist office in the United States. You and Melody do things with excellence and it is evident in your work as well.

I just want to say that Dr. Snodgrass and Dr. Oakes are the best pediatric dentist and orthodontist in the dental business. My daughter has been going to them for some years now. She just had her braces removed and she has the prettiest smile. Her teeth are so straight and clean that they look like dentures. Dear Doctor Snodgrass/King:

Congratulations on the opening of adult care to your outstanding Pediatric Dental Services. I don't write these type of letters unless I am extremely satisfied or dissatisfied with a professional service. This is the easiest letter I have ever written. The essence of this letter is to share with you and any others my opinion of the adult services of Snodgrass/King.

Now for the history of why this letter and some specific examples of exemplary service by your professional staff: I am a retired USAF Colonel with a long history of poor teeth. I have had dozens of dental professionals care for me over the past 60 years and I have seen some excellent providers and a few not so good. After retirement, I was very careful to select my family dentist and wanted to ensure that he/she had not only the proper training, but also continued his/her professional training after the DDS degree. I found a family dentist and unfortunately he was stricken by a fatal illness. He had treated my family for 15 years.

After he quit practice, I called the new Snodgrass-King office in Murfreesboro, TN and made an appointment with Doctor Soni. Not only was I impressed with the superior efficiency, professional treatment, and prompt service, I was overwhelmed by the modern dental technology that is in use at your facility. I quickly realized that I had been doing a great disservice to me and my family. We had been getting repair work when things were broken and not a prolonged preventive program that included proper restoral for ageing and deteriorating conditions.

I realize that I could write several pages of why I am so happy with the care that your staff provided me. Bottom line: I was in a crisis and didn't know it. Some of my care requirements exceeded your staff's expertise and you were very quick to suggest specialist that could help with my problems. Doctor Soni quickly and professionally repaired some serious deficiencies and stabilized me so I could be referred to specialists. It wasn't just Doctor Soni but, every single employee I came in contact with was polite, professional, and efficient with their customer focus and service. My family is now a full time customer of Snodgrass-King.

I actually look forward to my appointments at Snodgrass-King and I am certainly glad you decided to move into adult care. It was greatly needed and you have earned the right to say you have the best treatment, technology, and service in the Nation. You have my permission to share this letter with others who might benefit from your professional staff and services.

Words really can't express what a change in my life you have made Doctor Oakes, to be able to communicate to others again is great. As you know I had a motorcycle accident in May of 1990, that resulted in a massive brain-stem stroke and my communication was servery impaired. Even more so with the teeth I had ground down to nubs, so getting my message across to people that cared for me was very frustrating. And I often found myself in confrontations I didn't want to be in ... .simply because they couldn't understand me... ...it made for a very bad day. I now have the ability to talk with some amount of clarity. My caregivers don't get as frustrated with me anymore, and for the past few weeks my life has been pretty smooth.

Communication is just one area of my life that has improved although P-N-j sandwiches, scrambled egg's, oatmeal and bananas will never get old, it hardly makes for a healthy diet I don't think I've ever enjoyed a salad so much.

Dr. Snodgrass, Since you clipped my daughter's frenulum, things have been wonderful. She has mended quickly and never seemed bothered by the surgery. She learned quickly to suck better on the bottle and eat with more food staying in her mouth. She has now progressed to taking 5 ounces in a bottle and takes it all at once. She eats her cereal and fruit with little food coming back out of her mouth. She can now also take a pacifier with no trouble and can hold on to it.

I have been through what I call an "insurance nightmare" having been sent to a participating dentist, then referred to a specialist 43 miles away because of my plan. Dr. Snodgrass change my daughter's smile. She used to be so self-conscious. She has always been a pretty girl but her teeth were a bit crooked and her bite was off. I love being able to come to one place for all our family's dental needs. Both my son and daughter had been seeing Dr. Snodgrass and Dr. King for years when they were recommended to have braces. I can't tell you enough how wonderful it is to have your dentist and orthodontist in the same office. We were always able to get the most out of our visits. At our monthly braces check, the kids could have a filling or sealants done if it was needed and we didn't have to make separate appointments. In our busy schedule, convenience is necessary! The staff always seemed to remember us and say hello so that personal touch was never missed. My husband and I have even started our dental care in the same office with their new adult dentists. My kids actually LOVED going to the dentist. Our first appointment was for a cleaning for my 3 children and we had to go back the following week for a dental procedure at 9 am for my 7-year-old and he actually asked if we could leave the house as soon as he got up because he wanted to get there early.
